This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), and the National Credit Act where applicable.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to all provinces across South Africa, including major cities and outlying areas. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time and could attract a surcharge, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.

1.3 Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 (noon), or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day. Order placed after 14:00 will only be shipped the following day.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your delivery via our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
1.5 Risk & Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received and cleared.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Right to Return (CPA Section 44 & 56)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to return goods in the following circumstances:
- The goods are defective or not of good quality.
- The goods do not match the description or sample shown on our website.
- The goods are not suitable for the purpose for which they were intended, as communicated to us prior to purchase.
- You exercised your right to cool-off within 5 business days of receiving goods purchased via electronic transaction (ECTA Section 44).
2.2 Cooling-Off Period (online Purchases oNly)
As required by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you have the right to cancel any electronic transaction and return goods within 5 (five) business days of receiving your order, without penalty and without giving a reason, provided:
- The goods are unworn and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.
- The goods have not been damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.
The cool-off period does not apply to goods that have been custom-made, personalised, or clearly worn and used.
2.3 Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you must notify us within 10 business days of delivery. We will, at our discretion and in accordance with the CPA, offer you:
- A full repair of the defect;
- A replacement of the same product; or
- A full refund of the purchase price.
We will arrange and cover the cost of return delivery for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
2.4 Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Shoes must be unworn, with the original box, tags, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
- A store credit or exchange will be offered; a cash refund is at our discretion.
Shoes that show signs of wear, have been used outdoors, or have damaged packaging may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
2.4 Return process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via within the applicable timeframe.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the item is defective.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the goods securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number on the parcel.
Do not return goods without contacting us & receiving a RMA number, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund TImeframes
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

3.2 Non-Refundable Items & Situtaions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Goods that have been worn, used outdoors, or show signs of normal wear and tear.
- Goods returned outside the applicable return window without prior authorisation.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Goods returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
- Change-of-mind returns where no defect is present (subject to our discretion for store credit).
3.3 Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted where goods are returned in a condition that reduces their resale value. We will communicate the partial refund amount to you prior to processing.
3.4 Original Shipping Costs
Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or the exercise of your statutory cool-off right under ECTA.
4. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests are subject to the same conditions as returns (unworn, original packaging, proof of purchase).
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund as applicable. Re-delivery costs for exchanges are at the customer’s expense unless the original item was defective.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge if the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at orders@[yourstore].co.za with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the goods once received in accordance with this policy.
In accordance with ECTA Section 44, you may also cancel an online order within 7 days of receipt, subject to the cool-off conditions described in Section 2.2 above.
6. Your RIghts under SA Law
This policy does not limit or waive any rights you have as a consumer under South African law, including:
- Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) — protection against defective goods, false advertising, and unfair practices.
- Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) — your right to a 5-business-day cool-off period on electronic purchases.
- National Consumer Commission (NCC) — you may lodge a complaint at www.thencc.org.za if your rights are not upheld.
- Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) — free dispute resolution at www.cgso.org.za.
